Information in the enquiry form
The form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. You can also provide your phone number, company, role, approximate number of tyres and optional tyre photos. We use the information you choose to provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss the service you need.
Your enquiry, contact details and any photos you attach are sent through Google Apps Script to our Gmail inbox so we can respond and discuss the service you need. Please avoid including payment information or sensitive personal information in a message or photo. Only attach pictures you are happy to send to us. Photos are emailed as attachments and are not published in a gallery.
To help prevent repeated or automated submissions, we create a code from your IP address and pass it to Google for temporary rate limiting. The rate-limit cache is set to expire after 10 minutes and may clear sooner. Your IP address is not included in the enquiry email.
Optional analytics cookies
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, how visitors find us and how the website is used. Google receives technical visit information, such as browser and device details, page views and approximate location. We do not send your enquiry details or search text to Analytics.
Analytics stays off until you accept it. The _ga cookies distinguish visits and sessions and are set to expire after up to 180 days. Your cookie choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. You can use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change your choice; rejecting analytics removes its cookies and stops further collection. We do not enable advertising personalisation through this website.
Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. You can continue using all website services if you reject analytics.
Videos and hosting
This website uses embedded YouTube videos. Playing a video connects to YouTube and is subject to its privacy settings. The website hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
